5. Once the day is done, I will send you a confirmation of everything completed in the time frame and notify you if there is anything left to do from our list. If there is, you get to decide if you want to add more time or finish it up on your own time.

3. Once I have your list, I will make a list of anything I need from you before we start.
4. We will put it in a contract, get you an invoice, and schedule your vip day.

WHICH OFFER IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The main difference in the two is that the full day is available for any design related work. If you need a new page, client guide, logo related items, social media graphics, etc. NEW designs are based on the full day package.
If you need basic maintenance work, this is perfect for the hourly rate.
WHAT FALLS UNDER A FULL DAY?
This day is great for someone needing new design related things. Some examples include:
-New web page
-new client guide
-new social media graphics
-a sales page
-Shop page
-A new blog or blog assistance
-Alternate logo marks
-Even a new branding suite if you think that's the next step (we can chat about this one if needed)
WHAT FALLS UNDER THE HOURLY RATE?
The hourly rate includes any work for basic website maintenance. This could include things like:
-Updating your shop page
-Updating your mini sessions page
-Posting blog posts
-simple changes to your site that do not require any new designs
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?
These offers are currently only available for past clients. If I have not worked with you, please inquire on my main contact page so we can collaborate on something new!
These packages do not include copywriting unless specifically agreed upon. We can chat more about those details.
HOW IS PAYMENT TAKEN?
The Full day payment is due in full the day of our meeting before we begin. If you would like to split your payment up, we can do so however you need but the day will not be scheduled until the final payment is made.
For the hourly rate days, you will decide the hours you want and will be billed for that amount which will be due on your VIP day before we start. If more time is needed, you will be notified and will be able to decide if you would like to move forward or conclude our time.
Full day requires a $100 non refundable deposit to hold you spot
Hourly requires a $50 non refundable deposit and one hour minimum to schedule.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Because the work will be done to your live website and is digital in nature, no refunds will be given.
WHEN DO WE START?
Once you inquire and we get your game plan together, I will send you a link to book your date. I typically need about a week in advance in order to ensure I have childcare for that day.
The day starts at 10am CST and concludes at 4pm CST for full day and the hourly starts at 10am CST and goes to your decided time.
IS THIS ONLY FOR YOUR PAST CLIENTS?
Currently, yes. As I get more of these days under my belt, I have plans to offer them to everyone and will eventually offer them for my template customization peeps!
